Five ways I tend to get hired.
Engagements run monthly, on a rolling basis. Pricing sits between $500 and $3,000 per month, depending on scope, stage and how much of my week it takes. No setup fees. No contracts longer than ninety days.
How a typical month looks.
We agree a scope before anything starts. You get a shared doc with the working plan, the priority list for the month and the metrics we are watching. One weekly call, forty-five minutes, for questions and decisions. Everything else happens async, written down where you can find it later.
At the end of the month you get a short written note. What happened, what moved, what to do next. If something did not work, it says so. I do not believe in reports that read like sales pitches.
Who this tends to work for.
Startups between seed and Series B. Founders who write the brief themselves. Teams with at least one marketer already in seat. Companies that want a senior operator for a fraction of the cost, not an agency selling hours.
Who this does not work for.
Very early pre-product companies. Businesses looking for someone to run their social channels. Teams that want a vendor they can push around. My work assumes trust. Without it, the output is mediocre and both of us know it.
