Five ways I tend to get hired.

Engagements run monthly, on a rolling basis. Pricing sits between $500 and $3,000 per month, depending on scope, stage and how much of my week it takes. No setup fees. No contracts longer than ninety days.

Fractional SEO lead
Embedded with your team for a set number of hours per week. Audits, roadmaps, content direction, technical fixes, internal training. You get senior search leadership without hiring for it.
/02
Growth marketing advisory
A monthly retainer for founders who want to stop guessing what to test next. Weekly calls, async support, written strategy. Works well for pre-Series A companies.
/03
Product marketing and GTM
Launch planning, positioning workshops, messaging, pricing input. For products going into African markets where the imported playbook does not hold.
/04
SEO audits and roadmaps
One-off engagements. Technical audit, content gap analysis, competitive review, prioritised roadmap. Fixed scope, fixed price, four weeks.
/05
Workshops and training
Private sessions for marketing teams. SEO, growth, analytics. Done over two to five days depending on depth. Good for companies scaling the marketing function internally.

How a typical month looks.

We agree a scope before anything starts. You get a shared doc with the working plan, the priority list for the month and the metrics we are watching. One weekly call, forty-five minutes, for questions and decisions. Everything else happens async, written down where you can find it later.

At the end of the month you get a short written note. What happened, what moved, what to do next. If something did not work, it says so. I do not believe in reports that read like sales pitches.

Who this tends to work for.

Startups between seed and Series B. Founders who write the brief themselves. Teams with at least one marketer already in seat. Companies that want a senior operator for a fraction of the cost, not an agency selling hours.

Who this does not work for.

Very early pre-product companies. Businesses looking for someone to run their social channels. Teams that want a vendor they can push around. My work assumes trust. Without it, the output is mediocre and both of us know it.
