Email is best. I write back.

No forms, no calendars to fight with, no intake sheets. Send a short note with what you are working on, the timing, and the budget. I respond within two business days, usually faster.

What to put in the note.

A few lines is enough. The more specific, the faster I can give you a useful answer.

  • Consulting enquiries. Stage of the company, the problem in front of you, and a rough budget. Mention if there is a date you need something by.
  • Speaking and events. Event name, date, city, audience size, the topic you want covered, and whether there is an honorarium.
  • Press and interviews. Outlet, angle, deadline, and format. Written, voice or video.
  • Workshops and training. Team size, current skill level, and the two or three outcomes you want the session to land.

Social is fine for a quick hello. For anything that needs a real answer, email still wins.
