Speaking

Talks, workshops, and panels.

I speak on SEO, growth marketing, and go-to-market in emerging markets. Selective about engagements. Direct with audiences.

§ 01   Topics

Four things I actually know well.

01

SEO for founders

How early-stage teams should think about search, when to invest in it, and how to avoid the mistakes that cost most startups the first eighteen months of compounding traffic.

02

Building for emerging markets

Product marketing and localisation lessons from Google product launches in Africa. What actually changes when you cross geography and what does not.

03

Growth in the AI era

What LLM-native search means for organic acquisition, and how growth teams should adapt their playbooks over the next three to five years.

04

Positioning workshops

Half-day and full-day workshops for founding teams working through their market positioning. Practical, opinionated, no frameworks for their own sake.

How I approach speaking.

I do not use slide decks with more than twenty slides. I do not use stock photos. I do not read from a script. Talks are structured around a single argument and a few concrete examples, delivered in a way that respects the audience's time.

I take on a small number of speaking engagements each year, mostly in the UK, Nigeria, and remote. I prefer smaller settings where the audience can actually engage over large stages where the interaction is one-way. Workshops sit at the higher end of what I take on because they compound: the team leaves with something they can run themselves.

Where I have spoken.

Recent engagements include marketing conferences and founder collectives in Lagos and London, guest lectures for MBA and marketing programmes, and internal team workshops for growth-stage tech companies.
